회사는 본 앱의 운영을 위하여 다음의 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리하고 있는 개인정보는 다음의 목적 외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.

1. AR 데이터셋 녹화 서비스 제공: 사용자가 본 앱을 통해 카메라 영상, LiDAR 심도, 카메라 포즈, 위치정보를 동시에 녹화하고, 단말기 내에서 보관·재생·삭제할 수 있는 기능을 제공합니다.
2. 데이터셋 메타데이터 기록: AR 데이터셋의 정합성을 위해 녹화 시점의 디바이스 자세, 카메라 내·외부 파라미터, 위치 좌표를 함께 기록합니다.
3. 사진 라이브러리 저장(선택): 사용자가 동의한 경우에 한하여 녹화 완료된 영상을 단말기의 사진 라이브러리에 저장합니다.

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes to operate the App. The processed personal information shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent under Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act will be taken.

1. Providing the AR Dataset Recording Service: The App enables users to simultaneously record camera images, LiDAR depth, camera poses, and location information, and to store, replay, and delete recorded files within the device.
2. Recording Dataset Metadata: For the integrity of AR datasets, the App records the device pose, camera intrinsic and extrinsic parameters, and location coordinates at the time of recording.
3. Saving to Photo Library (Optional): When explicitly permitted by the user, the App saves completed recordings to the device's photo library.

회사는 본 앱의 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 범위에서 개인정보를 처리합니다. 본 앱이 처리하는 모든 정보는 사용자의 단말기 내에서 직접 처리되는 온디바이스 방식으로 운영되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2.1 정보주체의 동의 없이 처리하는 개인정보 항목

본 앱은 다음의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조제1항제4호(계약 체결·이행)에 따라 처리합니다. iOS 운영체제의 권한 부여 절차를 통해 사용자가 명시적으로 허용한 경우에만 해당 항목이 처리됩니다.

※ 카메라 영상에 사람의 얼굴, 자동차 번호판 등 식별 가능한 정보가 포함되거나 위치정보를 통해 특정 개인이 식별될 수 있는 경우 해당 정보는 개인정보에 해당할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 녹화 시 주변 환경에 주의하여야 하며, 녹화된 데이터를 외부에 공유·게시하는 경우 관련 법령을 준수할 책임이 있습니다.

2.2 별도의 동의를 받아 처리하는 개인정보 항목

해당 사항 없음. 본 앱은 회원가입·마케팅 등을 위한 별도 동의 항목을 운영하지 않습니다.

The Company processes personal information only to the minimum extent necessary to provide the App's services. All information processed by the App is handled on-device within the user's device and is not transmitted to any external server.

2.1 Information Processed Without Separate Consent

The App processes the following items under Article 15(1)(4) of the Personal Information Protection Act (performance of a contract). Each item is processed only when the user has explicitly granted the corresponding permission through the iOS permission flow.

※ Camera imagery may include identifiable visual information such as faces or license plates, and location information may identify specific individuals; in such cases the data may constitute personal information. Users should remain mindful of their surroundings while recording and are responsible for complying with applicable laws when sharing or publishing recorded data.

2.2 Information Processed with Separate Consent

Not applicable. The App does not operate separate consent items for membership, marketing, or similar purposes.

회사는 법령에 따른 개인정보 보유·이용 기간 또는 정보주체로부터 개인정보를 수집할 때 동의받은 개인정보 보유·이용 기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리·보유합니다.

본 앱은 별도의 회원 가입 절차를 운영하지 않으며, 외부 서버에 개인정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 각 항목별 보유 기간은 다음과 같습니다.

• AR 데이터셋(카메라 영상, LiDAR 메시, 카메라 포즈, 위치정보): 사용자가 앱 내 라이브러리에서 직접 삭제하거나, 단말기에서 본 앱을 삭제할 때까지
• 사진 라이브러리에 저장된 영상: 사용자가 단말기의 사진 앱에서 직접 삭제할 때까지 (저장 이후의 관리 책임은 단말기 운영체제 및 사용자에 있음)

The Company processes and retains personal information within the period stipulated by law or within the retention period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.

The App does not operate any separate membership process and does not store personal information on external servers. The retention period for each item is as follows.

• AR datasets (camera imagery, LiDAR meshes, camera poses, location): Until the user deletes the items directly from the in-app library or removes the App from the device.
• Recordings saved to the photo library: Until the user deletes them from the device's Photos app. Management responsibilities after saving rest with the device operating system and the user.

회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리 목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 본 앱은 단말기 내 저장 방식으로 운영되므로, 파기는 다음의 절차 및 방법에 따라 이루어집니다.

1. 파기 절차
   • 사용자가 앱 내 라이브러리 화면에서 녹화 파일을 직접 선택하여 삭제하는 경우 즉시 파기됩니다.
   • 사용자가 단말기에서 본 앱을 삭제하는 경우, iOS 운영체제에 의해 앱 샌드박스 내 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
2. 파기 방법: 단말기에 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 운영체제의 표준 파일 삭제 방식에 따라 복원이 불가능한 방법으로 삭제합니다.

The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, including expiration of the retention period or fulfillment of the processing purpose. Because the App operates on a device-local storage model, destruction is performed in accordance with the following procedures and methods.

1. Destruction procedure
   • If a user selects and deletes a recording in the in-app library, it is destroyed immediately.
   • If the user uninstalls the App from the device, the iOS operating system removes all data within the app sandbox.
2. Destruction method: Personal information stored on the device as electronic files is deleted in a manner that prevents recovery, in accordance with the operating system's standard file deletion procedures.

회사는 본 앱과 관련하여 정보주체의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

다만, 다음의 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조 및 제18조에 따라 정보주체의 동의를 받거나 법령에 따른 절차를 거쳐 제공할 수 있습니다.

• 정보주체로부터 별도의 동의를 받은 경우
• 법률에 특별한 규정이 있거나 법령상 의무를 준수하기 위하여 불가피한 경우
• 수사기관이 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 요구하는 경우

The Company does not provide users' personal information to any third party in connection with the App.

However, in the following cases the Company may provide personal information after obtaining the data subject's consent or completing procedures required by law, in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

• When the data subject has provided separate consent.
• When there is a special provision in law or it is unavoidable to comply with a legal obligation.
• When an investigative authority requests personal information for investigative purposes in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law.

회사는 본 앱의 개인정보 처리업무를 외부에 위탁하지 않습니다. 향후 위탁이 발생하는 경우 본 처리방침을 통해 사전에 공개합니다.

The Company does not outsource any personal information processing tasks for the App to external parties. If outsourcing arises in the future, it will be disclosed in advance through this Privacy Policy.

회사는 본 앱과 관련하여 개인정보를 국외로 이전하거나 국외에서 수집하지 않습니다. 본 앱의 모든 데이터는 사용자의 단말기 내에서만 처리됩니다.

The Company does not transfer personal information overseas or collect personal information from overseas in connection with the App. All data processed by the App is handled exclusively within the user's device.

본 앱은 쿠키, 광고 식별자(IDFA), 행태정보 등 개인정보를 자동으로 수집하는 장치를 설치·운영하지 않습니다. 또한 제3자가 행태정보를 수집하도록 허용하지도 않습니다.

The App does not install or operate any automatic data collection mechanisms such as cookies, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or behavioral analytics. It also does not allow third parties to collect behavioral information.

회사는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

1. 온디바이스 처리: 본 앱은 외부 서버로 개인정보를 전송하지 않으며, 사용자의 단말기 내에서만 처리합니다.
2. 권한 기반 접근 제어: iOS 운영체제의 권한 시스템을 통해 사용자가 카메라, 위치, 모션, 사진 라이브러리 접근 권한을 명시적으로 부여한 경우에만 해당 정보를 처리합니다.
3. 앱 샌드박스 격리: 본 앱이 저장한 데이터는 iOS의 앱 샌드박스 내에 저장되어 다른 앱이 임의로 접근할 수 없습니다.
4. 사용자 통제권 보장: 사용자는 iOS 설정에서 언제든 본 앱의 권한을 해제할 수 있으며, 앱 내 라이브러리에서 녹화 파일을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
5. 최소 수집 원칙: 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 항목만 처리하며, 별도의 식별자(아이디·이메일 등)는 수집하지 않습니다.

The Company implements the following measures to safeguard personal information.

1. On-device processing: The App does not transmit personal information to external servers and processes it solely within the user's device.
2. Permission-based access control: Through iOS permission prompts, the App processes camera, location, motion, and photo library data only when the user has explicitly granted access.
3. App sandbox isolation: Data stored by the App resides within the iOS application sandbox and cannot be accessed arbitrarily by other apps.
4. User control: Users can revoke permissions at any time from iOS Settings and can delete recordings directly within the in-app library.
5. Data minimization: Only the minimum items necessary to provide the service are processed; the App does not collect separate identifiers such as user IDs or email addresses.

정보주체는 회사에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 동의 철회 등을 요구할 수 있습니다. 본 앱은 외부 서버에 개인정보를 저장하지 않으므로, 정보주체의 권리 행사는 다음과 같은 방식으로 단말기 내에서 직접 이루어집니다.

1. 녹화 파일 삭제: 앱 내 라이브러리 화면에서 녹화 파일을 선택하여 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 권한 해제(처리 정지): iOS 설정 앱에서 본 앱의 카메라/위치/모션/사진 권한을 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.
   • 경로: 설정 > AR Recorder > 권한 항목 토글
3. 전체 데이터 삭제: 단말기에서 본 앱을 삭제하면 단말기 내 모든 관련 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
4. 문의 및 권리 행사: 위 절차로 해결되지 않는 사항은 아래 “개인정보 보호책임자” 연락처로 문의할 수 있습니다.

※ 14세 미만 아동의 권리 행사는 법정대리인이 직접 해야 하며, 14세 이상의 미성년자인 정보주체는 본인이 직접 행사하거나 법정대리인을 통하여 행사할 수 있습니다.

Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, suspension of processing of, or withdrawal of consent for their personal information. Because the App does not store personal information on external servers, rights are exercised directly on the device as follows.

1. Deleting recordings: Select and delete recordings from the in-app library screen.
2. Revoking permissions (suspension of processing): Permissions for camera, location, motion, and the photo library can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.
   • Path: Settings > AR Recorder > toggle the relevant permission
3. Removing all data: Uninstalling the App from the device immediately deletes all related data within the device.
4. Inquiries and exercise of rights: For matters that cannot be resolved through the above procedures, please contact the Privacy Officer listed below.

※ Rights of children under 14 must be exercised by a legal representative. Minors aged 14 or older may exercise their rights personally or through a legal representative.

회사는 본 앱을 14세 미만 아동을 주된 이용자로 하는 서비스로 운영하지 않으며, 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집·처리하지 않습니다. 14세 미만 아동이 본 앱을 사용할 경우 반드시 법정대리인의 지도와 동의 하에 사용하여야 합니다.

The App is not intended as a service primarily for children under the age of 14, and the Company does not intentionally collect or process the personal information of children under 14. Any use of the App by a child under 14 must be carried out under the guidance and consent of a legal representative.

회사는 본 앱을 통해 사상·신념, 노동조합·정당의 가입·탈퇴, 정치적 견해, 건강, 성생활 등에 관한 정보, 그 밖에 정보주체의 사생활을 현저히 침해할 우려가 있는 민감정보를 처리하지 않습니다.

다만, 카메라 영상에 사용자의 의도와 무관하게 민감한 정보가 포함될 수 있으며, 이 경우 사용자는 녹화된 영상을 외부와 공유·게시하기 전에 해당 정보의 비식별화 등 필요한 조치를 취할 책임이 있습니다.

The Company does not process sensitive information through the App, such as ideology, beliefs, trade union or political party membership, political views, health, sex life, or any other information that may significantly infringe upon the data subject's private life.

However, camera recordings may incidentally include sensitive information regardless of the user's intent. Users are responsible for taking appropriate measures, such as de-identification, before sharing or publishing recorded content externally.

회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 정보주체의 불만 처리 및 피해 구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호 담당을 지정하고 있습니다.

정보주체는 회사의 본 앱 이용 중 발생한 개인정보 보호 관련 문의, 불만 처리, 피해 구제 등에 관한 사항을 위 연락처로 문의할 수 있으며, 회사는 정보주체의 문의에 대해 지체 없이 답변 및 처리해 드릴 것입니다.

The Company has designated the following Privacy Officer to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle data subjects' complaints and damage relief related to personal information processing.

Data subjects may direct any inquiries, complaints, or requests for relief regarding personal information protection that arise from using the App to the contact above. The Company will respond and act without delay.

정보주체는 개인정보 침해로 인한 분쟁 해결, 상담 등 피해 구제를 받고자 하는 경우 아래의 기관에 신고·상담 등을 신청할 수 있습니다.

이 개인정보 처리방침은 위에 기재된 업데이트 일자부터 적용됩니다. 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경 내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경 적용일 7일 전부터 본 앱 또는 회사의 공식 채널을 통해 고지합니다. 다만, 이용자의 권리에 중요한 변경이 있을 경우에는 적용일 30일 전에 고지합니다.

This Privacy Policy takes effect on the date stated above. Should additions, deletions, or amendments arise from changes in laws or internal policies, the Company will provide notice via the App or its official channels at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes. If the changes materially affect user rights, notice will be provided at least thirty (30) days in advance.
