Editing Multiple Items at Once
When two or more items are selected, the Properties Panel switches to a multiple editor. Its header shows the type and the selected count, such as POIItem (12).
| Selection | Editable properties |
|---|---|
| Multiple POIItem | Label (Display) · Label (Full) · Display · Visibility · Category |
| Multiple GraphNodeItem | Weight · Transit · Transit Constraint |
| Multiple items of another single type | Type and count only. (Not editable) |
| Mixed types | Shown as Mixed (n). (Not editable) |
- Properties whose values differ across the selection are shown as
*. - Entering a value applies it to every selected item.
- A batch edit is recorded as a single operation, so one Ctrl or ⌘+Z restores each item's previous value.
- Changing a property that carries coupled fields — Category or Transit — also refreshes those fields (Visibility · Display · Weight). See the POIItem Properties and GraphNodeItem Properties documents for details.
Working with Selected Items
- over a selected item to use the context menu for copy/paste and more. See the Context Menu document for details.
