Selection and Property Editing

This document explains how to select items and edit their properties.

The following instructions are based on Navigation Mode (A). They may not apply in other modes.

Selection Methods

Method	Description
	Single select
`Shift`+	Add/remove from multi-selection
`Alt`++	Box select
`Esc` / on empty space	Deselect

Shortcut	Toggle	Description
`\`	Select Regardless of Layer (\)	When enabled, items from all layers can be selected. When disabled, only items from the current layer can be selected.
`'`	Render Current Stage Only (')	When enabled, only the current stage is rendered. When disabled, all stages are rendered.
`;`	Auto Focusing (;)	When enabled, selecting an item automatically moves to that item's position. When disabled, the view doesn't move when selecting items.

Edit the properties of selected items in the right Properties Panel.
